Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
VendorWheel is committed to providing a website and marketplace that is accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
We believe members of the mobile food community should be able to discover businesses, opportunities, locations, services, and resources regardless of the technology they use to access VendorWheel.
1. Our Accessibility Commitment
VendorWheel is working to provide an accessible and usable experience across VendorWheel.com and its marketplace features.
As the Platform develops, we intend to consider recognized accessibility practices and standards, including relevant guidance from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, particularly as VendorWheel adds new marketplace features, user-generated content, third-party integrations, plugins, maps, and other functionality.
2. Accessibility Features
Depending on the applicable page and functionality, VendorWheel aims to support accessibility practices such as:
- logical page structure;
- readable text;
- meaningful headings;
- sufficient visual contrast;
- keyboard-accessible navigation where reasonably possible;
- descriptive links and controls;
- alternative text for meaningful images where available;
- forms with understandable labels and instructions;
- responsive layouts for different screen sizes; and
- compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably possible.
3. User-Generated Content
VendorWheel contains or may contain content submitted by businesses and other users, including photographs, descriptions, menus, listings, reviews, opportunities, and other materials.
Because this content is supplied by independent users, VendorWheel cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will meet accessibility standards.
We may provide tools, guidance, or requirements intended to encourage accessible content as the Platform evolves.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
VendorWheel may contain or integrate third-party services such as maps, payment services, embedded content, advertisements, external websites, social media, and other technologies.
VendorWheel does not control the accessibility of independent third-party services.
If you experience an accessibility issue involving a third-party service, you may also need to contact that provider directly.
5. Maps and Location Information
Maps and geographic information are important features of VendorWheel.
We recognize that interactive maps may present accessibility challenges for some users.
Where reasonably possible, VendorWheel may provide listing information, addresses, descriptions, search results, or other information in formats that do not require interaction with a map.
6. Ongoing Improvements
VendorWheel is an evolving Platform.
As we add or modify features, we may evaluate accessibility and make improvements where reasonably practicable.
Accessibility issues may occasionally arise because of software updates, third-party plugins, user-generated content, or other technical changes.
We welcome reports that help us identify these issues.
7. Need Assistance?
If you experience difficulty accessing information or using a VendorWheel feature because of a disability, please contact us.
When possible, please include:
- the page or feature you were attempting to use;
- the nature of the accessibility difficulty;
- the device, browser, or assistive technology involved, if relevant; and
- a way for us to contact you regarding the request.
We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue and, where appropriate, provide the requested information through an alternative method or identify a reasonable solution.
8. Accessibility Feedback
VendorWheel welcomes accessibility feedback.
